My life has been a long journey through worlds of color, sound, senses and tone, driven by my playful nature and an unceasing passion for learning and sharing knowledge, theories, and insights.

Advanced techniques in speaking, writing, and breathwork, as well as acting and the art of word-sound-installations, continue to enhance and mature my voice, just like the multifaceted audio projects to which I am privileged to lend my voice.
Communication and content that are not just to be heard, but also to be experienced - with both mind and heart.

I am an avid outdoor enthusiast, often out with my dog, picking up litter (plogging), engaged in charitable and collective efforts, and have frequently been the chosen aunt for storytelling.
